Privacy
How we handle consultancy enquiries.
This notice covers information submitted through the Audita QA public enquiry form.
Information we collect
The form records your name, work email, organisation, service URL, requested support, message, target date, acknowledgement timestamp and submission time. Do not submit credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
How it is used
Audita QA uses this information to respond to your enquiry, assess and scope potential work, maintain an accountable enquiry record and prevent abuse of the form.
For abuse prevention, the service derives a one-way rate-limit identifier from your email and network address. That identifier is retained for up to 24 hours; the raw network address is not stored in the enquiry record.
Access and retention
Access is limited to designated Audita QA operators. Enquiry records are retained only while needed to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Records are reviewed for deletion when they no longer serve those purposes.
Your choices
You can ask Audita QA to correct or delete enquiry information by using the contact form. State that your message is a privacy request and include enough information to identify the original enquiry.
