Authorised scope
Targets, activities, environments and exclusions are agreed before testing.
About Audita QA
Audita QA connects repeatable checks, journey evidence, review decisions and delivery reports so teams can understand what was tested, what needs to change and what has been verified.
Why it exists
Accessibility work often becomes fragmented across scan exports, issue trackers, screenshots and retest notes. Audita QA is designed to preserve that context from first observation to resolution.
Scope discussions are handled directly by Carla Goncalves. The purpose of that conversation is to define authorised targets, important journeys, delivery constraints and the evidence required before work begins.
Operating principles
The platform supports a disciplined process; it does not turn automated observations into unsupported assurance claims.
Targets, activities, environments and exclusions are agreed before testing.
Findings retain the conditions and procedure needed for review and retest.
Material findings are reviewed, and uncertainty remains visible.
Reports are structured for ownership, remediation and verification.
What the platform supports today
Claim boundaries
Audita QA does not present a scan or automated score as a certification, legal opinion or guarantee of compliance. Conclusions are limited to the agreed scope and evidence available.
Active or intrusive security testing is outside an accessibility assessment unless separately authorised and defined. Commercial, data-handling and assurance terms are agreed for each engagement.
